• implementation project of Atlassian Jira Service management
• Liaising with business users, consultants, vendors and IT teams (involving local, regional and third-parties) for test delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including full cycle implementation
• specialist in Atlassian / Jira
• knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification is a plus)
• familiar with Agile methodology
• understand business & IT requirements, translate to functional specifications and lead the implementation
• can manage end-to-end implementation project
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Degree in IT
• Pro-active
• Experience in international environments

Location: fully remote

Language: English fluency is required

Duration: Contract, 6 months Full time European working hours

Start Date: ASAP

Visa status: Assistance with employment visa sponsorship may be provided where necessary
