Project Support

Contract, Full time

Innovation are looking for a Project Support resource to administer and organise various activities across a complex project with a well-known Hong Kong based insurer.
As Project Support, you will be working closely with the on-site project team to aid in the delivery by providing support with the development and maintenance of project processes, procedures and delivery artefacts.
To succeed in this role Innovation are looking for a person with a proactive approach and can-do attitude, someone with excellent communication skills who’s comfortable collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver results on time.
Ultimately, the Project Support’s duties are to ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:

Role responsibilities highlighted below but not limited to: –

  • Maintain project governance, processes and procedures, keeping the project manager aware of the project status
  • Liaise with workstreams to capture requirements, scope, objectives and deliverables<
  • Work with each workstream to ensure compliance of project governance policies
  • Internal project resource and stakeholder management engagements
  • Collation and review of status reports, submissions and ad-hoc project requests
  • Maintenance of the CRAID logs (Change, Risk, Action, Issue, Dependency)
  • Assist with project plan management, including milestone and dependency tracking
  • Aid in the preparation of project budgets
  • Point of contact for project related information or ad-hoc requests<
  • Maintain project documentation, plans and reports on SharePoint
  • Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support as required

Key Requirements: –

  • Proven work experience as a Project Support or similar role
  • Experience of working in a project environment within insurance
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Experience of working on IFRS17 an advantage
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
