Role description:
- implementation project of Atlassian Jira Service management
- Liaising with business users, consultants, vendors and IT teams (involving local, regional and third-parties) for test delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including full cycle implementation
- specialist in Atlassian / Jira
- knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification is a plus)
- familiar with Agile methodology
- understand business & IT requirements, translate to functional specifications and lead the implementation
- can manage end-to-end implementation project
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Degree in IT
- Pro-active
- Experience in international environments
Location: fully remote
Language: English fluency is required
Duration: Contract, 6 months Full time European working hours
Start Date: ASAP
Visa status: Assistance with employment visa sponsorship may be provided where necessary
